We booked for an early flight. It was ideal for us to eat sleep and eat again. The evening meal was a 7/10 sleep 9/10 along with breakfast 9/10. We had to be at airport early and the staff made sure cooked breakfast arrived promptly. This was typical and what I would expect from Premier inn.
Stayed for night before flight to Egypt. Lovely staff, great food, and comfy beds. Rooms a little warm so open window! On the main road so traffic noise, but seriously, it's fine!
This hotel doesn't offer Plus rooms but the site has been refurbished to offer the 'evolution' style rooms. I found it very comfortable and enjoyed having a bath rather than just a shower. All Premiers seem to have swapped the fixed showers and replaced them with the double head ones which is a great decision! The restaurant is also ran by Premier and although the menu is becoming very tiring very quickly for someone who frequents them, the food was OK and the service was excellent. Easily accessible from the main roads and plenty of free parking.
My stay for work has been great, rooms have been done up nice and the customer service has been great, the staff are all really joyful and happy to help. Helen especially deserves a shout out as in the morning she is so welcoming and bubbly in the mornings. Great stay
I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn twice. The first time, I stayed in the main building and found the room to be just okay. On my second stay, I was in the extension/white building, and the difference was remarkable — the room was neat, spacious, very comfortable, and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay there. It might be worth keeping the standards in the main building more consistent with those in the extension.
Easy to get to Nice staff Good breakfast Lovely comfy bed 2 seperate childrens beds-much better than a sofa bed Bar for food-evening meals were ok. Kids deserts looked lovely.
A little drive away from Gatwick but that's why it's a bit cheaper than others. Rooms basic but functional for a nights rest pre or post airport. Walks quite thin though, snorer from next room sounded like he was in my bed! Breakfast decent and staff lovely
RESTAURANT We went to the restaurant for breakfast this boxing day and it was amazing. The service with Helen and the Chef Arthur were absolutely lovely, so friendly and great food. The chef went above and beyond to look after our toddler, even giving her some things that weren't on the menu just to get her to eat. The hostess was also lovely and made her laugh several times. Thanks all! :)
